This secluded and tranquil garden is one of Cheshire's best kept secrets, this secluded garden wraps around the cottage in a series of linked ‘rooms’. Wide herbaceous borders display over 2,000 varieties of hardy trees, shrubs, climbers and herbaceous plants. New for 2008 are two perennial borders that have been created to celebrate Cheshire’s Year of Gardens – providing beauty and interest from early spring to late autumn.

Adjoining the garden is a wildflower meadown, bluebell woodland and specialist plant nursery with an extensive stock of hardy perennials and shrubs.
