Daresbury Laboratory

Daresbury

The Daresbury Laboratory hosts one of STFC's major facilities, the Synchrotron Radiation Source(SRS), and a number of other resources and services that have a strategic importance for the research community. The unique facilities at the Science and Technology Facilities Council's laboratories provide a major resource for science and society activities.

More than 5000 members of the public and school students currently visit the Council each year. All are enthused by what they see and do.

For details of future events see our website.
